All installations are at the customers own risk. Camarotopia.com and kayalonmotorsports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and are only intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Kayalonmotorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Kayalonmotorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Kayalonmotorsports may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with Kayalonmotorsports, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 48 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. Kayalonmotorsports and camarotopia.com are not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.
Limitations on Liability
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER KAYALONMOTORS, CAMAROTOPIA.COM NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL AND EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF CAMAROTOPIA.COM OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH CAMAROTOPIA.COM, EVEN IF KAYALONMOTORSPORTS AND CAMAROTOPIA.COM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
REMEDY: IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH CAMAROTOPIA.COM, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO CEASE USING THE SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH CAMAROTOPIA.COM, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.
Some U.S. states and foreign countries do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain categories of damages. Therefore, some or all of the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent they are prohibited or superseded by state or national provisions.
Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Kayalonmotorsports and camarotopia.com ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Kayalonmotorsports and camarotopia.com will l not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate.
Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
Order Return/Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Kayalonmotorsports and must have a valid RMA number.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer's vehicle. These items generally require a paid in full. Once the paid in full is recorded and the customer is notified and they agree to the order the special order item, the payment in full becomes non-refundable. Special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Payment Terms
Kayalonmotorsports accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and eChecks with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Kayalonmotorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kayalonmotorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kayalonmotorsports will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Kayalonmotorsports does not offer any of their own warranties and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY if the stock part is replaced.
Warranty Denied
Start by re reading the warranty documents. Second, check your vehicle information for identified pattern failures that are common to your make and model by checking the Technical Service Bulletins. If necessary you can also check with the EPA 202-233-9040, the NHTSA 800-424-9393, Chiltons 610-964-4600, AllData 916-684-5200, Motor Publications 800-426-6897, American Automobile Manufacturers Association 313-872-4311 and the Japanese Automobile Manufacturers Association 202-296-8537. Third, determine the true cause of the problem. Forth, try and work it out with the Dealer. Fifth, get it in writing if the Dealer denies warranty coverage. Sixth, contact the Vehicle Manufacturer's Zone Representative to resolve Dealer issues if any. Seventh, contact the vehicle manufacturer directly if you get no satisfaction from the Dealer and the Zone Representative. Eight, if all else fails you can try local approaches by contacting the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, the Local Department of Motor Vehicles or the State Consumer Protection Office. Many states have county and city offices the intervene or mediate. You might also consider using a dispute resolution organization to arbitrate your disagreement if you and the Dealer are both willing. Under the terms for many warranties, this may be required as a first step before you can sue the Dealer or Manufacturer. Check your Warranty. The finale step if all else fails is to refer to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

The Law
Federal law sets forth requirements for warranties and contains a number of provisions to prevent vehicle manufacturers, dealers and others from unjustly denying warranty coverage. With regard to after market parts, the spirit of the law is that warranty coverage cannot be denied simply because such parts are present on the vehicle, or have been used (see Appendix A) below. The warranty coverage can be denied only if the after market part caused the malfunction or damage for which warranty coverage is sought. Disputes in this area usually boil down to arguments over facts and technical opinions, rather than arguments over interpretations of the law.
